In segment one: the host of Heart Of Mind Radio, Kathryn Davis reads a brief passage from her upcoming book: "Life in the Age of Now, Being from the center of existence! called: Two Dimensional Life in a 3D world.
Reading is followed by a discussion on The Beauty of 3rd Dimensional Life:
"It is only upon moving from the linear scape of flat surface and bare walls into the spiraling landscapes of the natural world, only then, will we fully inhabit our 3rd dimensional reality."
In segment two: we hear an exert of the following presentation:
Stephen R. Covey on Living a Principle-Centered Life
Recorded in 2008. Dr. Steven Covey, author of The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People gives an outstanding address at Montana State University on living a principally-centered life.
He explains how those who live without principles tend to evaluate themselves according to what others think. He also encourages the incoming freshman he is addressing to not cram their studies in order to just get by in college, as that is a bad habit that Covey confesses he had which robbed him of much of the value of his early college education.

He began his initiation in 2006. Over the past 10 years, he has served in the capacity of a student, a teacher, as well as a lecturer; lecturing on diverse topics concerning traditional culture. Every year for the past 8 years, Nekhitem has traveled back and forth from the US to the motherland living there several months each year, deepening his studies, and continuing the arduous process of his initiation. He has also established roots back home and is in the process of repatriation.

In the final segment we will hear an excerpt from an interview Kathryn conducted in 2006 of Master Naba Lamoussa Morodenibig, a Gourmantche from Fada N'Gourma, a city East of Ouagadougou in Burkina Faso, began his initiations when he was eight years old.
As a young boy, Naba was able to attend European schools at the same time he was progressing through Traditional Education and Spiritual Initiations. As he grew, Naba continued his education, and not only did he attend the University, but he also excelled in his traditional and spiritual education, eventually surpassing the level of his teachers to become one of the most knowledgeable Spiritual Masters of the Dogon people.
Master Naba has transitioned and is considered to be one of the ancestors, but the school he founded in the United States, The Earth Center: Dedicated to the mission of promoting and preserving Kem culture, continues with the initial graduates of the initiation program.

In segment two we speak to and feature the work of Radha Botofasina
During a two-decade long association, Radha Botofasina recorded four devotional albums with the late Alice Coltrane, her spiritual and musical mentor. Alice Coltrane also gifted Radha with her first harp. She awakened an interest in Radha about the harp—the beauty of its harmonics and the freedom of its motion. Radha performs in many venues on harp, such as the Royce Hall at UCLA, The Ebell Club of the Wilshire Ebell Theatre to name a few.
Radha began her vocal studies while a student at Goddard College in Vermont with teacher Joyce Vos-Kadwell. She continued under the tutelage of Martin Lawrence in New York City, with whom she studied for five years. During that time, she also studied jazz piano with the noted player and composer Mary Lou Williams. Through her association with Alice Coltrane, Radha learned how to sing beyond what her "mind" allows and to go vocally where her heart takes her.
Radha is a multi-instrumentalist—on piano, organ, synthesizer, harp, guitar and voice (mezzo-soprano). She is also composes music and is a record producer.
She has recorded with: several members of the Cuban band Buena Vista Social Club, Roy Campbell Jr., Brian Auger, Ndugu Chancler, John and Jeff Clayton, Herman Jackson, John Barnes, Ernest Tibbs, Phil Upchurch, Alice Coltrane, Ravi Coltrane, Oran Coltrane, Michele Coltrane, Yusuf Rahman, John Lehman, Cecil McBee Jr., Muthu Kumar, Russell Smith, Dave Stringer, and more.

Kathryn introduced the program and the theme for the week: Lecture on Vibrational Intelligence at the New Life Expo
Kathryn played a video that was titled: "Introduction to expanded awareness of multi-dimensional being." Kathryn offered reflection on what has been said. Then Kathryn played video 2 called: "Meditation - Grounding, Opening Inner Awareness & Establishing Safe space for communicating with quantum facets of self." Kathryn then offered her final comments and she made announcements.
